Mantis (Mantis Bug Tracker, MantisBT) is free software used at LHM as a bug tracker to manage and track hints of program bugs and requests for additional features.

The City of Munich manages 1150 projects and sub-projects with the Mantis bug tracker software, many of them in the area of digital citizen services. Over 10,000 entries were created or updated in 2023. This work was carried out by 1500 users during this period.
