In-house developments

All in-house developments of the City of Munich are published under an open source licence.

To ensure optimal maintainability and scalability of the software, we rely on a modular technology stack of open source components. This is defined in the guideline "Landeshauptstadt München-Referenzarchitektur für Eigenentwicklungen". This enables us to easily replace and update components.
